PERSOL are working with a growing and dedicated team to recruit an experienced Scheduler who will play a pivotal role in keeping technicians and operations running smoothly across multiple WA-based clients.

In this role, you'll work closely with the Planning & Reporting team, technicians, and stores to develop optimised work schedules, ensure preventive maintenance is delivered on time, and provide key reporting to clients. You'll need a blend of workforce experience, leadership, and a practical approach to problem-solving.

What you'll be doing:
Planning and scheduling Service Technicians to meet client requirements
Coordinating mobilisation, including rostering, flights, and accommodation for remote employees
Managing rostering changes efficiently and communicating updates clearly
Maintaining employee training and prerequisites to prevent schedule disruptions
Preparing and distributing reports to meet KPIs
Supporting technicians and coordinating client enquiries
Performing general administration and data entry, including MEX work orders and Wageloch rostering

Additional responsibilities may include:
Workshop inspections and repairs, including outsourcing to third parties
Invoicing for onsite services,



workshop jobs, and hire assets
Ordering service kit parts, PPE, and staff amenities
Maintaining staff qualifications and scheduling training
Coordinating medicals, pre-employment checks, and D&A; labs

About you:
Previous administration, rostering, or scheduling experience (remote industry experience is a plus)
Proficiency in planning and mobilisation software such as Wageloch and MEX
Able to work independently and collaboratively
Strong customer service, communication, and analytical skills
Advanced computer skills and ability to quickly learn recent systems
Exceptional attention to detail and initiative in implementing process improvements
Self-motivated and thrives in a quick-paced, growing business setting

The base pay range for this role is A$80,000.00/yr - A$85,000.00/yr.
