Location

North Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne

Multiple Roles - Bundoora, Heidelberg, Lilydale, Kinglake, Mernda, Diamond Creek

Role Responsibilities
Provide personal care, domestic assistance, and social support
Assist with daily routines, appointments, and community access
Build trusting relationships and promote independence
Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with the team

What We're Looking For
Previous experience in disability or aged care support (preferred but not essential)




Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent (preferred but not essential)
Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
Current First Aid & CPR certification
NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to apply
Working with Children Check or willingness to apply
Industry vaccination requirements or willingness to obtain
Police Check or willingness to obtain
