Role Description

This full time hybrid role as a Sales Engineer is located in Bundoora, VIC, with flexibility for occasional work-from-home arrangements. The position involves providing pre-and post-sales technical support, understanding client needs, and offering solutions through our range of machinery. Responsibilities include building and maintaining robust customer relationships, delivering excellent customer service,



and working closely with the sales team to meet sales targets. The Sales Engineer will also assist with product demonstrations and serve as a critical link between technical teams and customers.

Qualifications
Experience with Sales Engineering and a deep understanding of technical products and solutions.
Proficiency in Technical Support to provide troubleshooting, guidance, and post-sale assistance to customers.
Solid Communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and effectively.
Proven expertise in Sales and Customer Service to develop and maintain client relationships and handle inquiries professionally.
Problem‑solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs and challenges.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
Relevant experience in machinery, manufacturing, or industrial equipment supply will be highly regarded.
