About the Role

SA Health’s Northern Adelaide Local Health Network (NALHN) is seeking a dedicated and experienced Associate Nurse Unit Manager (ANUM) to join Ward 1B , providing leadership and high-quality patient care in Elizabeth Vale .

As an ANUM in Ward 1B , you will:
Support the Nurse Unit Manager (NUM) in overseeing daily operations and clinical care.
Provide hands-on clinical leadership , ensuring the highest standards of patient care.
Manage staffing, workflows, and resource allocation to maintain operational efficiency.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes.
Mentor and support nursing staff , promoting a positive and professional work workplace.
Ensure compliance with SA Health policies, procedures, and quality standards .
