Own the day-to-day operations that keep Ozler Care running smoothly. From customer onboarding workflows to internal processes and vendor management — you’ll build the operational backbone of a fast-growing GovTech startup.

What you’ll do
Design and optimise internal workflows for customer onboarding, support, and renewals
Manage relationships with key vendors, partners, and service providers
Oversee office operations, procurement, and administrative functions
Track operational KPIs and report to leadership on efficiency and bottlenecks
Support HR functions including recruitment coordination and team onboarding

What you need
3+ years experience in operations, business management, or a similar role
Experience in a startup, SaaS, or technology setting preferred




Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Robust written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with project management and productivity tools (Notion, Slack, Google Workspace)
