The Role

As a Technical Administrative Officer within Radio & Electronic Services (RES), you will support the delivery and ongoing management of critical communications systems that underpin operational policing across Western Australia. Your responsibilities include coordinating site leasing and licensing arrangements, managing spectrum and compliance requirements, developing procurement documentation, maintaining communication site records, technical documentation and workflow processes, and assisting with contract management and database administration. Strong organisational and communication skills are essential, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Key Accountabilities
Coordinate site leasing and licensing arrangements.
Manage spectrum and compliance requirements.
Develop and administer procurement documentation.
Maintain communication site records, technical documentation and workflow processes.
Assist with contract management and database administration.

Qualified Requirements
Strong procurement and contract management skills: overseeing the entire lifecycle of supplier agreements, from drafting and negotiation to performance monitoring, variations and closure.
Leasing and licensing management skills:



managing legal aspects of leasing, licensing and MOU arrangements, navigating complex property frameworks and ensuring legal compliance.
Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team workplace.
