Manage phone, online and walk-in enquiries
Assist leads provided to you by Aussie
Connect with your community to build your pipeline and referral networks
Provide lending advice to customers
Guide customers through the home loan application process

Qualifications
A Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking is required. If you don’t have a Cert IV, we will provide instruction on how to obtain it
Prior experience in mortgage broking or lending is advantageous, but full training is provided
A background in sales or customer service will help you achieve success in this role
A robust drive to build a successful mortgage broking business
An ability to provide exceptional customer experiences, and a desire to help Australians achieve their property dreams
