The Role
We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable casual AFL coaches to join our team in 2026. Coaches will deliver AFL programs within schools, after‑school centres, and vacation care settings across the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney.
The primary focus of this role is to inspire the next generation through fun, engaging, and skill‑based games while fostering confidence, teamwork, and a love for the sport.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver structured and enjoyable AFL coaching sessions
Create a positive and inclusive learning workplace
Adapt sessions to suit varying ages and ability levels
Represent NLS professionally within schools and community settings
