Job Description

You would be responsible for managing the front of house team as well as the day to day running of restaurant(s) located in a boutique Melbourne Hotel.

Skills & Experience

You would need to be commercially minded to understand how to operate profitably. Be a hands on leader and have the skill set to hire, train and manage a front of house team. Understand how to create an unforgettable high end dining experience. Have valuable wine knowledge. Sell and execute functions and events. Be available to work weekends and evenings. Neat and tidy presentation. Ensure that the restaurant is clean and maintained. Must have RSA certificate.

This position requires a diploma in hospitality or an equivalent qualification, along with a minimum of 2 years of experience in similar roles.

Salary Range $70,000 – $90,000 per year
