About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Client Engagement Manager to join our Adelaide team. In this role, you will:
Drive growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding our client base.
Build and maintain solid relationships with clients, government agencies, and community organisations.
Use your clinical experience to provide high-quality care pathways, assessments, and oversight for Support at Home participants.
Represent Lumia Care at industry and community events.
Travel across Adelaide to meet clients and support service delivery.

This is a fast-paced, hybrid role combining clinical expertise with business development, client engagement, and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities




Drive new client acquisition and revenue growth
Develop and maintain referral networks
Manage sales pipeline and CRM activity
Conduct consultations and design tailored service solutions
Support onboarding and service delivery alignment
Identify opportunities for service expansion

About You
Registered Nurse (RN) or Enrolled Nurse with robust clinical assessment and care planning skills
Minimum 3 years post‑graduate nursing experience
Proven experience in business development, client engagement, or sales
Excellent relationship‑building, communication, and negotiation skills
Confidence working autonomously and managing a portfolio of clients
Comfortable driving across Adelaide for client visits
Experience using CRM systems and managing pipelines
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
