As our Inside Sales Specialist, you’ll play a key role in a challenging and rewarding sales engineering setting, providing product solutions to our customers and contributing to our sales success.

What You’ll Be Doing
Support our Food Retail and OEM customers with their sales and technical enquiries.
Prepare detailed quotations, technical selections, and commercial proposals for our customers.
Provide first‑line technical support and solve customer challenges.
Collaborate with the sales team on chance follow‑up, pricing, lead‑time communication, and order execution.
Maintain CRM pipeline visibility and accurate customer activity records.

What We're Looking For
Experience in a technical field, backed by a trade or tertiary qualification in engineering, mechatronics, or refrigeration.
A mindset of persistence and problem‑solving, with high energy and solid attention to detail.
Ability to work well both autonomously and as a highly motivated, collaborative team player.
Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively support the team and communicate with customers.




Must be an Australian permanent resident or citizen with valid work rights.
