The role offers:
Acting for top-tier lenders and sponsors on leveraged and other complex cross-border finance transactions
Exposure to acquisition and leveraged financing, syndicated and bilateral financings, secured and unsecured
Drafting and negotiating loan agreements, security documents and related transaction documents
Requirements:
Admission in Australia
4 + years’ PAE
Broad general banking and finance experience
Commercial awareness, strong judgment and a client service focus
Team player with a qualified presence
