Key Responsibilities
Prepare and present high-quality meals for functions and events
Assist with bulk food production and service
Deliver professional customer service to guests
Maintain food safety, hygiene and WHS standards
Keep the kitchen clean, organised and efficient
About You
Trade qualification in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent)
Previous experience as a Chef in a commercial kitchen
Education or boarding school catering experience is desirable
Experience preparing bulk meals in a high-volume workplace
Reliable, organised and committed to delivering quality food
All successful candidates will be required to satisfy a Working With Children Check and undertake a National Criminal History Check.
