Manage project scope, governance, risks, issues, budget, and schedule.
Engage and influence senior stakeholders across business, HR, technology, and vendors.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver key project milestones.
Drive project planning, reporting, RAID management, and executive communications.
Ensure successful change management, testing, deployment, and business readiness.
