Responsibilities

As the Bookkeeper, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day financial operations of the business.

Your responsibilities will include:
Managing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
Processing weekly and fortnightly payroll accurately and on time
Performing daily and monthly bank reconciliations
Maintaining accurate financial records using MYOB
Preparing invoices and processing supplier payments
Reconciling accounts and investigating discrepancies




Assisting with month-end reporting and financial administration
Liaising with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
Ensuring financial records remain accurate and compliant
Providing general administrative support to the finance function

Your Profile

To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous experience in a Bookkeeper position
Strong working knowledge of MYOB
Experience with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
Payroll processing experience
Proven experience completing bank reconciliations
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently while contributing to a team
A proactive and professional approach to your work
