Lotus Dental is a holistic dental practice based in Neutral Bay. We are seeking a friendly, organised, and professional Receptionist to join our team, starting on a casual basis working Mondays and Fridays with the potential to move to a permanent position. The role may also include some Dental Assisting duties depending on experience and practice needs. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in delivering excellent customer service, and thrives in a supportive, holistic practice workplace.
Responsibilities
Greeting patients and creating a warm, welcoming experience
Managing appointments and responding to phone and email enquiries
Processing payments and health fund claims
Maintaining accurate patient records
Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the practice
Preparing, cleaning and sterilising instruments and treatment rooms
Qualifications
Previous reception or customer service experience preferred
Dental Assistant experience highly regarded but not essential
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Skilled, reliable,
and patient-focused approach
Experience with Exact or similar dental software is advantageous
Additional Information
Starting on a casual basis, working 2 days per week, with the potential to transition to a permanent position
