Overview

As Assistant Venue Manager with AVC, you'll work closely with the Venue Manager to oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the venue — leading from the front to create an outstanding guest experience while driving operational excellence across all departments.

Responsibilities
Lead day‑to‑day venue operations and manage the front‑of‑house team
Ensure consistent, outstanding guest experiences across all departments
Conduct stocktakes, investigate stock losses, and order/maintain par levels across beverage, food and venue consumables
Train,



performance‑manage, and motivate staff

Qualifications
2+ years' experience in an Assistant Venue Manager role
Strong experience working in a gaming venue and with TAB
Presence on the floor during peak service periods, including late nights and weekends
RMLV & Approved Managers License
Accommodation management experience or exposure to hotel accommodation operations is highly regarded
