As a Safety Graduate, you’ll work at both office and site level, helping teams implement and maintain health and safety processes and initiatives. You’ll support operational teams with site safety tasks, help manage critical risks and contribute to stronger safety awareness.

Our Graduate Program gives you structure, support and plenty of chance to learn. You’ll be part of a 12‑month program with exposure to rapid‑paced environments where no two days are quite the same.

About you
You’ll bring:
A relevant Health and Safety, Occupational Health and Safety, Safety Science or related qualification
A hands‑on approach and commitment to working safely
Robust communication and teamwork
Curiosity, resilience and drive
Flexibility to travel, work occasional weekends or night shift, and relocate for career opportunities where required

To be eligible, you must:
Have valid working rights in Australia
Have completed a relevant undergraduate degree in the last two years, or be due to complete your studies before February 2027
Have achieved a minimum overall weighted average mark of 65 out of 100
