We are Zambrero, Australia's largest Mexican franchise offering healthy, fresh food while fighting world hunger. Our quick‑service restaurant serves burritos, bowls, nachos, and tacos with homemade guac and other ingredients. We open day and night, giving staff flexible schedule to balance work, school and play. We donate one meal for every bowl or burrito purchased through our Plate 4 Plate initiative.
What You’ll Do
Lead restaurant team in effective day‑to‑day operations.
Assist the Restaurant Manager in upholding high standards across customer experience, workplace culture, and financial results.
Manage staff, including hiring, training, performance reviews, rostering, and resolving employee issues or grievances.
Ensure food is prepared, presented, and served to the highest standard.
Assist with ordering stock from suppliers.
Assist with office administration duties such as paperwork, banking, cash handling, payroll and policy reviews.
Manage daily and weekly cleaning of production areas, dining room, and general restaurant.
Ensure safety and security standards are upheld and employees are trained in Workplace Health and Safety.
What You’ll Bring
