Geber & Geber winery located in the heart of the Barossa Valley is a one stop service for winemaking, bulk wine sourcing and container loading wine for export shipment.

We are seeking an enthusiastic, high-energy candidate to join the team. The role will manage day-to-day financial operations and business administration. Responsibilities include processing accounts payable/receivable, payroll support, reconciling accounts, generating financial reports, and general clerical tasks.

The successful candidate will have proven experience in the following:

· Accurate Data Entry – enter sales invoices and purchase orders, etc

· Process customer contracts, monthly invoices and maintain regular communication

· Process Inventory movements in Vintrace to ensure accuracy for customer records and invoicing

· Ensure accuracy with employee time records and liaise with payroll third party provider for payment of salaries and wages

· Manage monthly reporting – customer revenues, expenditure, P&L;, etc





· Manage data/ systems / administration for Quality, Health & Safety, etc compliance

JOB REQUIREMENTS

You will need to have solid attention to detail and be sufficiently organised to achieve tight deadlines.

· A Certificate IV in Business, Accounting, Finance or similar

· Prior wine industry experience in a similar role

· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and computerized accounting software (e.g., Xero, MYOB) and experience with using Vintrace is preferred.
