We are seeking a reliable Manufacturing / Loader Operator to join a fertiliser production site in Dalby, QLD, within the agriculture and manufacturing industry. This is a hands-on role where you will operate loaders and support fertiliser processing and packaging operations. Working in a quick-paced plant environment, you will ensure production runs efficiently while maintaining safety, quality, and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
This role supports fertiliser manufacturing operations through machinery use and production processes.
Operate loaders to move raw materials and finished products
Operate and monitor fertiliser processing and packaging equipment
Ensure batching accuracy, feed rates, and product consistency
Identify and report safety hazards, quality issues, and operational variances
Maintain accurate records and follow quality assurance processes
Assist with general plant operations and continuous improvement activities

Proven experience operating loaders
