In this role you'll be responsible for:
Full lifecycle Project Management of utilities and civil infrastructure work
Resourcing and program management to ensure critical program milestones are achieved
Provide leadership and management that engages, motivates and inspires the delivery team to deliver high performance in an achievement‑driven culture
Effective and qualified management of relationships with multiple stakeholder groups throughout the project life cycle
Consistently producing and driving high‑quality outcomes, meeting both Fulton Hogan and client expectations.
To be successful in this role you will have:
Experience on construction projects in Horizontal Directional Drilling or heavy civil industries advantageous
A successful track record of delivering protected construction projects on time and on budget
Robust leadership skills and hands on attitude and experience in managing self‑perform field crews
Experience with running multi‑disciplinary work fronts and capable of planning and executing a ramp up strategy
Strong leadership skills and hands on aptitude
Ability to travel metro and regionally from time to time as required
