About You
You are a seasoned employment lawyer with a minimum of 5 years' experience, bringing a robust track record from private practice or in-house roles within large organisations.
Your Experience & Expertise
Managing complex employment law matters, including advising on compliance with Work Health and Safety laws and anti-discrimination legislation
Engaging with employment regulators, including the Fair Work Ombudsman and the Fair Work Commission
Monitoring legislative changes and industry best practices, and recommending updates to policies and procedures
Providing reliable BAU employment law support across the business
Your Skills & Attributes
Ability to distill complex legal information into clear, practical advice for stakeholders at all levels
Solid influencing skills with a collaborative,
solutions-oriented approach
Comfortable managing external-facing issues and adapting to the evolving needs of the organisation
Requirements
Current Australian practising certificate
Right to live and work in Australia
