Orange City Council is seeking a Full‑time Duty Supervisor for the Orange Aquatic Centre. You will lead staff, oversee safety and daily operations on a 7‑day roster, with starts as early as 5am and finishes as late as 8pm.

This role requires supervising staff, ensuring water quality, managing maintenance, and delivering customer service while meeting WHS obligations. You will implement rosters, respond to escalated issues, and support lifeguards.
