In this role, you will work with clients in their lending journey, from the first conversation to settlement and beyond. You will assess each client’s goals and borrowing capacity, recommend the right structure across our lender panel, and build trusted relationships that lead to solid outcomes, repeat business, and long-term loyalty.

Requirements
Certificate IV qualification and current MFAA or FBAA industry membership.
2+ years of experience in residential lending,



with hands-on experience managing the full mortgage broker workflow from needs analysis through deal structuring and pipeline management.
Solid knowledge of lender policy and experience providing Australian credit advice in line with Australian credit obligations.
Experience with mortgage broking systems, including aggregator CRM, ApplyOnline, Quickly, and servicing calculators.
Proven ability to work effectively with borrowers, lenders, and referral partners such as real estate agents, accountants, or financial planners.
Eligible to work in Australia.
A Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking is a plus.
