Job Description
As a Chef de Partie you will be responsible for the preparation, presentation and display of all menu items in the designated area of the Kitchen and for the maintenance of equipment and work area. Planning and organising preparation and cooking of food Planning menus
Costings Ordering Training and supervision of other kitchen staff
Quality control Hygiene Control Positive Knowledge
MINIMUM 3 years experience FSS Certificate desirable Job Types: Full time, Permanent
Salary: $52,000.00 – $66,000.00 per year Day range: Monday to Friday
Weekend availability Shift: 8 hour shift
Rotating roster Work Location: In person
