Are you looking for a hands‑on manufacturing role where you can develop practical skills and build a rewarding career? Our Specialty Products team in Eagle Farm is seeking a dedicated Process Worker to help craft aluminium castings and operate key production machinery.

What You’ll do

No previous experience needed; full training provided.
Manufacture aluminium castings by pouring molten metal into cast iron dies
Conduct quality inspections to ensure every product meets high standards
Maintain die integrity by applying mould release and monitoring furnace levels
Operate machinery safely and efficiently, working independently and as part of a team

About You

Tobe successful in this role, you will possess the following skills and attributes:




Experience in foundry or metal casting environments is a plus
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Physically fit and able to handle hot and heavy materials safely
Reliable, punctual, and team‑oriented
Committed to health and safety practices
Day or afternoon shifts available, work to suit your lifestyle!
