Lutheran Disability Services (LDS) invites applications for a skilled WHS & Risk Officer to lead safety and risk management across SIL, client homes, and operational sites in Adelaide, SA.
You will implement WHS systems, facilitate risk assessments, coach staff, drive continuous improvement, and deliver meaningful reporting to leadership and the Board.
This role also supports Return to Work processes and partners with HR, Quality & Safeguarding to ensure compliant, person-centred service delivery.
