You will work with NDIS participants to create and implement personalised Positive Behaviour Support plans, delivering interventions across homes, schools and community settings.

You will collaborate with families and specialists, provide psychoeducation, and ensure plans align with NDIS funding requirements for ongoing independence and wellbeing.
