The Job

Field Team Lead – Activations, Events & Execution, part of the Sales team.

Responsibilities
Execute key customer growth plans to drive market share and profitability.
Optimise field events and activations to maximise customer engagement and commercial impact.
Drive brand and SBU diversity focus to support margin improvement.
Build and strengthen customer relationships across key accounts and stakeholders.
Support field team representatives and Sales Managers to ensure alignment with business strategies.
Manage the relationship with third‑party agency partners.
Develop and manage a system for regular quality audits and spot checks to ensure compliance.
Drive disciplined sales execution through Focus Sheets in Salesforce across the field team.
Partner with Sales and State Managers to drive operational excellence.




Oversee the planning and implementation of key events such as Trade Expo and Tax Time demos.

Qualifications
Solid process discipline with a focus on operational excellence.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively between field teams, customers, and senior management.
A data‑driven mindset, using insights to inform decisions and continuous improvement.
Solid problem‑solving skills to address challenges in execution, compliance, and field operations.
Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
