We’re opening an Expression of Interest (EOI) for our mid-year intake of Junior Consultants, focused on building capability in software testing and quality engineering.
This is an entry point into consulting at KJR — designed for individuals who are early in their careers and ready to learn, contribute, and grow in a quick-paced, client‑facing workplace.
As a Junior Consultant, you will:
Work on real client engagements alongside experienced consultants
Build foundational skills in software testing, quality engineering, and delivery
Gain exposure to modern tools, frameworks, and enterprise settings
Learn how to operate in a consulting and stakeholder‑driven setting
Be supported through structured learning and on‑the‑job development
What We’re Looking For
We hire for mindset as much as skill.
Interest in technology, software testing, or IT delivery
Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
Curiosity and willingness to learn quickly
Ability to work in a team and adapt in client environments
Relevant degree, certification, or project experience (preferred but not essential)
Eligibility (Mandatory Requirements)
Australian citizenship or permanent residency is required.
