Job Description

Seeking a driven and motivated Assistant Store Manager/2IC to join our team at the Wynnum branch.

Key Responsibilities
Handling automotive parts queries from trade and retail/DIY customers
Providing a high level of customer service with an emphasis on customer retention and development
Assisting with inventory control
Maintaining store standards and adhering to company policies, procedures and OH&S; compliance
Supporting the Store Manager
Leading and supporting your team
Saturday mornings as required

Qualifications




An ability to work in a driven and diverse team environment
Ideally experience in the automotive parts sector (or related sectors)
The ability to engage with, and motivate team members
Customer focused with robust time management abilities and attention to detail
OH&S; experience with sound administrative skills and solid computer literacy
Current full driver’s licence
