Key Responsibilities
Operating civil plant and equipment
Excavation, trenching and earthworks
Pipe laying and drainage installation
Conducting pre-start inspections and basic equipment maintenance
Following site safety policies and procedures
Working effectively within a team setting
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in civil construction
Current White Card (obtained through face‑to‑face training)
Relevant RII nationally accredited plant tickets and licences (preferred)
Demonstrated experience operating civil machinery relevant to the role
Solid commitment to workplace health and safety
Reliable, motivated and physically fit
Ability to work both independently and within a team
Minimum two recent contactable work references
Ability to pass a pre‑employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening
