We are seeking a friendly and genuine team player to join our Aitkenvale branch team as our Personal Banking Consultant. This is a excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to start a career in the finance industry or who is seeking a good work/life balance.

As a Personal Banking Consultant, your main objective will be to provide an exceptional level of personalised service to customers and guide them to a successful outcome by identifying individual needs, problem solving and proactively promoting our products and services. This is a full-time position based on a 38 hour work week, and the successful applicant will be willing to work at any branch within the Townsville region as required.

Responsibilities




Provide exceptional level of personalised service to customers and guide them to a successful outcome by identifying individual needs and problem solving.
Proactively promote the bank's products and services to meet customer needs.
Collaborate with branch teams to ensure a positive customer experience and efficient service.
Be flexible to work across branches within the Townsville region as required.

Qualifications
Exceptional communication and customer service skills
Demonstrated sales experience
Cash handling experience
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to quickly build rapport with people and work as a supportive team member
Demonstrated ability to positively adapt to change
Experience in the Finance industry (desirable)
