Center West Exports is a leading fresh produce exporter based in Woodridge, WA (approximately 20 minutes from Yanchep). We are seeking an experienced and motivated Accounts Payable & Payroll Officer to join our busy finance team.

About the Role
End‑to‑end Accounts Payable processing
Matching supplier invoices to purchase orders and receipting
Supplier statement reconciliations and payment processing
Processing weekly payroll accurately and on time
Employee onboarding and payroll maintenance
Processing superannuation and STP reporting
Maintaining employee records and leave balances
Assisting with month‑end reconciliations
General administration and finance support
Liaising professionally with suppliers, employees and management
Assisting with other accounting and payroll duties as required

About you
Certificate IV in Bookkeeping, Accounting or equivalent qualification (essential)




Minimum 3 years' experience in Accounts Payable and Payroll
Strong knowledge of Australian payroll legislation, awards and Fair Work requirements
Excellent attention to detail with levels of accuracy
Robust reconciliation and problem‑solving skills
Ability to prioritise workloads and meet strict deadlines
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Experience with payroll/accounting software (Sybiz Visipay/Deputy and Reckon Hosted experience highly regarded but not essential)
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
