Job Description
The Senior Practitioner role provides specialised support to men who use violence against women, children and their immediate family. The practitioner works closely with the Team Leader to ensure qualitative outcomes while meeting quantitative funding requirements.
Desired Skills and Experience
Demonstrated experience working with both adults using violence and victim survivors.
A commitment to ending violence against women by engaging men who use violence.
A passion and belief in the effectiveness of behaviour change.
Strong teamwork skills essential to the success of the team.
