Gawk Outdoor is a rapidly growing outdoor advertising company specialising in the development and operation of billboards across regional Australia. Founded in 2018, we are expanding and seeking a high-calibreDirector – Expansion Markets to drive our ambitious growth strategy.

About the Role

Reporting directly to the Founder/Director, you will be a key member of the senior executive team responsible for leading capital raising, strategic expansion, and business development. This newly created role is critical to our aggressive growth plans.

Key Responsibilities
Lead capital markets and fundraising initiatives to support expansion
Oversee growth into current markets (site acquisition, partnerships, and operational setup)
Provide strategic leadership and high-level advice to the Board on development and commercial opportunities
Build and manage key stakeholder relationships with investors, financiers, and government bodies
Contribute to overall business strategy, risk management, and executive decision‑making

About You
Tertiary qualification in Business, Finance,



or a related field (or equivalent senior experience)
10–15+ years in senior executive, investment, or business development roles, ideally in real estate, infrastructure, renewables, or scaling businesses
Proven track record in capital raising and deploying significant funds (hundreds of millions)
Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and experience in land acquisition or project development
Ability to work autonomously and drive results in a quick‑paced entrepreneurial environment
