Responsibilities
Demonstrate a solid commitment to exceptional customer service through face‑to‑face interactions and phone support.
Strengthen customer connections to the CAT brand by consistently exceeding expectations.
Diligently manage emergency back orders and complete assigned tasks with accuracy and urgency.
Support the reconciliation of cash sale account entries to ensure smooth and reliable operations.
Contribute to efficient daily operations through general warehouse duties.

Qualifications
Commitment to maintaining a No Harm Setting at all times.
Ability to uphold a protected, clean, and well‑organised workspace.
Familiarity with CAT products, parts, and services is desirable.
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.




Intermediate computer skills to support daily tasks.
Self‑motivation and ability to understand and operate within business systems.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Well‑developed verbal and written communication skills.
Previous warehouse experience is advantageous.
