Responsibilities
Lead private equity pre‑deal due diligence projects including investment thesis support to clients, primary research campaigns, and analytical model development
Lead private equity post‑deal value creation project including turnarounds, cost‑outs, growth assessments, organizational design, and related engagements
Support senior staff with client development work related to pre‑ and post‑deal transaction work
Generate business leads and act as a mentor to the junior staff; especially in regard A&M; Australian staff; engage in practice development, marketing and selling efforts
