SA, Ryan Mitchell Swim Centre - Port Augusta 5700

We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable and friendly lifeguards to join the team. Our lifeguards will be responsible for the day-to-day pool operations within the facility and ensure that all areas both in and surrounding our pools are a safe and enjoyable workplace for all patrons.

Responsibilities
Ensure water safety and public safety throughout pool facilities
Maintain clean, safe pool settings and monitor patron activities
Communicate effectively with patrons of diverse ages, abilities, cultures and needs
Provide friendly customer service and support to guests
Operate within your scheduled hours, including weekends, public holidays and school holiday periods

Skills & Qualifications
Excellent verbal communication skills
Understanding of OHS and public safety practices
Ability to work mornings, evenings and weekends
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Current First Aid (Level 2) and CPR Certificate
National Police Check
Current Pool Lifeguard Certificate




Current Pool Operations Certificate (not essential but highly regarded)
Previous experience in a comparable role is beneficial but not essential
