What You'll Be Doing
Creating high-quality learning and care experiences that support each child's wellbeing, development, and sense of belonging
Planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate experiences that inspire curiosity, exploration, and joy
Observing, documenting, and celebrating children's learning to inform intentional teaching
Maintaining safe, organised, and inviting environments where children feel secure and valued
Building strong, respectful partnerships with families through open communication
Working collaboratively with a growing team committed to reflection and continuous improvement

About the Candidate
Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care ( Cert III & actively working towards)
Experience in an early childhood setting, with confidence working within best-practice frameworks
A solid belief in teamwork, respect, and community
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
A positive, solutions-focused mindset and willingness to contribute to growth and change
A genuine passion for early learning,
