ConnectSydney, a joint venture of ServiceStream, Boral and Johnson Controls, in partnership with Transport for NSW (TfNSW), is seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor to work the night shift (9:00pm – 5:00am) on the Harbour Zone. The role sits within the Third‑Party Works division and will manage sub‑contractor and internal teams to deliver road restoration projects safely, on time and to specification.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate subcontractor resources delivering rigid/versatile pavement road restoration projects on the TfNSW network.
Ensure restoration work is completed within agreed timeframes, to specification, while managing community relations on site.
Implement and maintain the HSEQ system to minimise risks and provide effective controls.
Verify works and submit quality‑related documentation to ensure compliance with specifications.

Qualifications & Requirements
Knowledge of TfNSW road pavement specifications.
Experience within the roads infrastructure industry.
Experience managing subcontractors onsite involving civil construction works.
High attention to detail.
Excellent organisational and time‑management skills.
Current driver’s licence.
White Card.
