We are seeking a passionate Assistant Store Manager to join our Canberra Factory Outlet on a FULL TIME basis.

Responsibilities
Managing, motivating, and leading the team to achieve KPIs, sales targets, and an exceptional customer experience.
Monitoring and analyzing performance data and making necessary adjustments to drive commercial success.
Effectively managing all retail operations within a fashion store setting.
Being a role model and leading the team for customer service and meeting or exceeding customers’ expectations.
Guiding and training all team members on brand product knowledge and customer service.
Coordinating team members to consistently execute and maintain established Visual Merchandising and In-Store Communication standards.
Coordinating team members to ensure the most efficient inventory processing procedures and a seamless stock-to-floor process.
Sharing best practices to drive overall store team performance.
Requirements
To be successful, you will have a solid retail sales background with a proven track record of success in a similar retail leadership or supervisory position, consistently leading a team to achieve budgeted sales. You will be motivated, energetic, passionate about achievement, and comfortable working in a quick-paced environment.
Retail leadership experience in men’s/women’s apparel or sports footwear.
