About the Role
You’ll manage end-to-end recruitment for blue‑collar mining and maintenance roles, partnering closely with our Operations Coordinators to deliver quality candidates across Australia.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple vacancies
Advertise roles and proactively source quality candidates
Conduct phone screens, interviews and reference checks
Coordinate pre‑employment requirements, including medicals, police clearances and onboarding
Prepare employment offers and contracts
Maintain candidate records within JobAdder
Partner with Operations Coordinators and hiring managers to deliver outstanding recruitment outcomes
About You
Previous agency or internal recruitment experience
Experience recruiting within mining, maintenance, construction or other blue‑collar industries (preferred)
Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
Excellent organisational and time‑management skills
The ability to manage multiple vacancies in a quick‑paced environment
Experience using JobAdder or a similar Applicant Tracking System (preferred)
A current Australian Driver’s Licence
