The Role
Support the delivery of high-quality educational programs and daily routines
Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children
Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues
Contribute to observations, documentation, and learning frameworks
Work collaboratively with educators and leadership to enhance service quality

Role Requirements




Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA approved)
Valid Working With Children Check
Sound understanding of EYLF, NQS, and contemporary early childhood practices
Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for early learning
Ability to work effectively within a team environment
