Key Responsibilities
Lead the creative direction across a broad menswear portfolio.
Elevate fabrication, garment construction, fit and finishing to enhance overall product quality.
Refine silhouettes and develop a explicit, contemporary design handwriting.
Identify opportunities to expand into new product categories and drive category growth.
Translate global trends into commercially relevant collections.
Mentor and develop a talented design team.
Collaborate with Buying, Production and offshore suppliers throughout the development process.





About You
Extensive menswear design experience within a leading retail or fashion business.
Solid understanding of fabrication, garment construction, fit and technical product development.
A passion for creating modern, commercially successful product.
Experience leading or mentoring designers within a fast-paced setting.
Confident presenting seasonal concepts and influencing senior stakeholders.
Highly collaborative with excellent communication and organisational skills.
