Responsibilities
End-to-end payroll processing
Managing payroll adjustments, terminations and off-cycle payments
Maintaining payroll records and ensuring data integrity
Responding to employee payroll enquiries
Supporting payroll compliance across taxation, superannuation and legislative requirements
Assisting with internal and external audits
Participating in payroll system testing and process improvements
Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across the payroll function

Qualifications
Proven track record within a busy end to end payroll environment
Strong knowledge of payroll legislation, tax and superannuation requirements
Experience working within a high-volume payroll workplace
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Solid communication and stakeholder engagement skills
The ability to manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Experience with ERP, payroll or HRIS systems
