About the Role

Excellent opportunity for a customer service superstar to join our small supportive team as a Medical Receptionist in our fast‑paced clinic at Hoppers Crossing – Future Medical Imaging Group (FMIG) in full‑time capacity. The role also requires flexibility to travel and support nearby west clinics when required.

Responsibilities
Managing all phone enquiries in a timely, professional and confidential manner
Front‑of‑house reception / greeting patients upon arrival
Scheduling appointments for patients and referrers
Issuing patient invoices/receipts and processing Medicare rebates as required
Entering and updating patient registration details
Ensuring the reception and waiting area is clean and presentable at all times

Qualifications & Skills
Strong customer service and patient focus skills
Eagerness to learn
Excellent time management and organisational skills
High level of attention to detail and confidentiality
Ability to work autonomously, as well as part of a team
Experience in a radiology background,



as well as exposure to Medicare services will be highly regarded
Driver’s licence and a car
