About the Role

Part‑time, 18 hours per week, fixed‑term parental leave cover (10Aug2026–19Mar2027). Experienced Grade2 Dietitian to join StVincent’s Hospital Melbourne’s Health Independence Programs (HIP) team. Working within a supportive multidisciplinary workplace, you will deliver high‑quality, person‑centred, goal‑oriented dietetic care to clients across Community Rehabilitation and Specialist Clinics. Your role includes supporting people recovering from illness or injury, living with chronic conditions, or requiring specialist outpatient services to achieve their health goals and maximise independence.

Salary: AJ1 – AJ4 ($94,478.80–$106,906.80per annum, pro rata for part time).

Qualifications
Full membership eligibility of Dietitians Australia and participation in the Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) Program.
A minimum of four years’ post‑graduate experience in a relevant clinical dietetics setting.
Demonstrated advanced clinical assessment and management skills.
Understanding of the Health Independence Program model of care,



including person‑centred, goal‑directed and time‑limited episodes of care.
Highly developed organisational, planning and problem‑solving skills.
Excellent communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
Current Victorian driver licence.
