We’re changing the way Australia generates its energy, are you ready for a change? UGL Utilities are recruiting for an Electrical Supervisor to join our team on a newly awarded Substation Project in NSW.

Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily site-based electrical construction activities.
Manage electrical crews, subcontractors and apprentices to ensure productivity, quality and compliance.
Oversee installation and termination of cables, earth grids, HV plant, switchgear and associated services.
Coordinate works in live operational environments including substations.
Lead toolbox talks, pre‑start meetings and safety initiatives.
Ensure HSSEQ, QA and project documentation requirements are met.
Monitor progress, workforce performance and timesheets.
Support workforce development, inductions and compliance training.
Maintain clear communication with project stakeholders and site leadership.

Qualifications
Experience within the construction industry in a team‑lead/supervisory role.
Solid planning and coordination skills.
A proven record of driving continuous improvement.
Demonstrated organisational capabilities.
Strong communication skills.
Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook).




Knowledge of LEAN principles.
Experience with Primavera, MS Project, SAP and experience on substations green or brownfield sites.
